What is EXIF data and why should I remove it?
EXIF data is metadata stored inside image files by digital cameras and smartphones. It often contains sensitive information like GPS coordinates, date/time taken, camera model, and settings. Removing it protects your digital privacy.
How does this tool remove EXIF metadata?
It parses the raw binary structure of your JPEG/PNG files, identifies and strips the metadata headers (such as APP1 EXIF segments), and re-saves the clean image bytes locally.

Does stripping metadata reduce image quality?
